I agree to contact RRNW if I can no longer keep this cat.
Yes / No
I agree to make a note in my will which states that, if the
adopted cat outlives me, my executor will ensure that either a) the cat is
safely returned to RRNW or b) the cat is moved to an RRNW-approved home.

If you do not agree, list reason here:
I agree that the adopted cat will reside in my home as a
pet. I will provide it with quality food, plenty of fresh water,
affection, annual examination and vaccinations by a licensed veterinarian, and
indoor shelter (due to the gentle nature of the breed and inability to defend
itself, Ragdolls are never to be outside).

Ragdoll Rescue NW Policies:
We do require an adoption donation for cats placed in new homes to help recover
our expenses. The adoption donation varies for young healthy cats and
purebreds, and possibly reduced donations for elderly cats and domestics.
Your donation helps cover the costs of items such as spaying/neutering,
vet-checking, vaccinations, and de-worming. We support senior for senior
adoptions. We cannot adopt to anyone under 18.
This preliminary screening application will remain on file for 6 months. RRNW
reserves the right to refuse any applicant. This online application is
for screening purposes only, which in no way guarantees you an adoption from
RRNW. Applicants must be willing to sign and agree to our legal contract
in order for an adoption to take place.
